Actually, Good Housekeeping (Aug 1956) has the plan.</span><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3aHgDbiDGes/Uvft60zr8TI/AAAAAAAAA_A/b9VGTdNs7n4/s1600/7+Day+reducing+diet.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3aHgDbiDGes/Uvft60zr8TI/AAAAAAAAA_A/b9VGTdNs7n4/s1600/7+Day+reducing+diet.jpg" height="201" width="400" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">The shower and tub exercise plan is illustrated with artfully blurred photos of a brunette - cause you're supposed to be naked when you do the activities. Like lying on the bathmat with your legs in the air swinging your arms. It's the rare bathmat that looks inviting enough to lie down on.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">But the diet! Whoa nelly!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">The article says all meals have the same amount of calories, but it doesn't specify a number - it must be quite a number. </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Day One: </span><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-6o_2UKymzq4/Uvfu-xz4eXI/AAAAAAAAA_M/XM23Xjz1ChA/s1600/Day+1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-6o_2UKymzq4/Uvfu-xz4eXI/AAAAAAAAA_M/XM23Xjz1ChA/s1600/Day+1.jpg" height="115" width="400" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">Oh yeah, 2 slices crisp bacon for breakfast! Sherbert and cookies for a snack! Meatloaf, broccoli and carrots, and angel food cake for dinner!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">Day Two:</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5Uo2myidBNc/Uvfw8383J_I/AAAAAAAAA_Y/QM1xmLj_DFI/s1600/Day+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5Uo2myidBNc/Uvfw8383J_I/AAAAAAAAA_Y/QM1xmLj_DFI/s1600/Day+2.jpg" height="387" width="400" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">Breakfast- fruit <i>and</i> cereal <i>and</i> egg <i>and</i> toast! Lunch - american cheese and 1 slice crisp bacon! Dinner- uh, liver and onions? PASS.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Day Three:</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-C-bj3_Akr6Q/UvfxuZbleHI/AAAAAAAAA_g/nLYU4NnH2c8/s1600/Day+3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-C-bj3_Akr6Q/UvfxuZbleHI/AAAAAAAAA_g/nLYU4NnH2c8/s1600/Day+3.jpg" height="196" width="400" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">Sausage and egg for breakfast, 1 1/2 slices crisp bacon for lunch, corned beef for dinner! I think maybe this is the Bacon Diet. But what's with buttermilk being equal to skim milk to drink? </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Day Four:</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-mKFw71DRe60/UvfykdJJHKI/AAAAAAAAA_o/KYR_nekgq9w/s1600/Day+4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-mKFw71DRe60/UvfykdJJHKI/AAAAAAAAA_o/KYR_nekgq9w/s1600/Day+4.jpg" height="400" width="180" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">Sadly, a day without bacon - and dates for breakfast. But a baked potato with butter for dinner and a sandwich for a snack sounds good to me.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">Day Five:</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-NEAHSdwpg1c/UvfzSOw0wgI/AAAAAAAAA_w/gBBFMtzdzXk/s1600/Day+5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-NEAHSdwpg1c/UvfzSOw0wgI/AAAAAAAAA_w/gBBFMtzdzXk/s1600/Day+5.jpg" height="83" width="640" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">Day 2 without bacon, and bouillon-on-the-rocks. I would have lost alot of weight back then, because cold condensed bouillon is slightly higher than lima beans when it comes to unappetizing food. But hey, 2 biscuits for breakfast <i>and</i> 2 biscuits for dinner!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">Day Six:</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-FjekWesLIXg/Uvf4KzuQe7I/AAAAAAAABAA/A1sI2Jkqasc/s1600/Day+6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-FjekWesLIXg/Uvf4KzuQe7I/AAAAAAAABAA/A1sI2Jkqasc/s1600/Day+6.jpg" height="640" width="160" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">Woo hoo - French toast with syrup and 2 slices crisp bacon for breakfast! Steak, carrots and beets for dinner with custard for dessert! But sorry, 1 cup of milk and 1 cracker does not a snack make. And all the bouillon I want would be zero, nil, none, no siree.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">Day Seven:</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-o9qmi7C_BC0/Uvf5B2a9daI/AAAAAAAABAI/D2Z4FBF9axQ/s1600/Day+7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-o9qmi7C_BC0/Uvf5B2a9daI/AAAAAAAABAI/D2Z4FBF9axQ/s1600/Day+7.jpg" height="400" width="281" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">Let's end the diet week on a happy note :) Breakfast is 2 pancakes with syrup, and our dearly beloved bacon! Snacks are ice cream soda and 1 vanilla wafer. Dinner is barbecued chicken with corn on the cob! Supper is - wait, hold the tongue, just give me the chicken please. And I like asparagus, no problem there. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">That brings the weekly crisp bacon total to 7 1/2 slices! Six days call for fresh fruit, five days include an egg, 9 1/2 slices of bread total (10 1/2 if you count the melba toast), and black coffee or tea every day.</span>K0damahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17059516677312793937noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1200721715994997992.post-51457263512239527632014-02-09T15:05:00.000-06:002014-02-09T15:05:09.164-06:00Taking Control<span style="font-size: small;">* It'll take at least a year to get in to see a therapist, since it needs to be free, so I got <a href="http://www.amazon.ca/Thoughts-Feelings-Taking-Control-Moods/dp/1608822087/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1391979670&sr=8-5&keywords=Thought+and+feelings">a book</a> from the library in the meantime. And the Depression chapter suggests that you add more activities that give you a sense of mastery. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Therefore, blog time!</span>K0damahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17059516677312793937noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1200721715994997992.post-2937351285692941452013-10-27T16:03:00.001-05:002014-02-09T15:05:27.497-06:00<span style="font-size: small;">* It's 4 days until Halloween and I haven't done a thing except buy 2 magazines and some coasters. I used to love Halloween, love to decorate and dress up, love to talk about it. I still think it's pretty, but I've only been to Target once. This year I just don't care - actually, the past few years, each year I've cared less and less. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Haven't been scanning any book covers either. It all seems pointless, just clutter.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">I'm off to watch Supernatural.</span>K0damahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17059516677312793937noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1200721715994997992.post-74257469199775894902013-07-25T11:32:00.003-05:002013-07-27T17:27:49.262-05:00<span style="font-size: small;">It's feast or famine when it comes to paperbacks. In the past month I've acquired a lovely bunch of books - Ellery Queen, Agatha Christie, Erle Stanley Gardner - with titles like "Home Sweet Homicide" and "While Murder Waits."</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Keep checking my Flickr for fabulous painted covers!</span>K0damahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17059516677312793937noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1200721715994997992.post-15346188136055321752013-05-25T13:04:00.000-05:002013-05-25T13:04:13.097-05:00<span style="font-size: small;">* Panic stations! </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Due to Flickr's recent change, people are talking about leaving. One of my favourite contacts has already quit, and erased all of his photos. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">I am frantically going through my Favourite photos and saving the ones I want to keep forever (especially embroidery patterns).</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">People are moving to <a href="http://www.ipernity.com/">ipernity</a>, which looks <i>exactly</i> like Flickr used to.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">If you have a Flickr account, best be making back-ups.</span>K0damahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17059516677312793937noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1200721715994997992.post-21015979423101254432013-04-05T23:48:00.000-05:002013-04-07T17:54:39.640-05:00okay, okay ...<span style="font-size: small;">* My new "having a bad day" video:</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;">Most of the ads within the editorial pages are for what you'd expect: yarn, embroidery kits, knitting needles, etc. But the back of the magazine is loaded with tiny yet amazing ads - </span><br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-zbakEIVfiX0/URReXHDYgSI/AAAAAAAAA7g/lNz75__qnTQ/s1600/baby+hammock+1965.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-zbakEIVfiX0/URReXHDYgSI/AAAAAAAAA7g/lNz75__qnTQ/s640/baby+hammock+1965.jpg" width="498" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Spring-Summer 1965</span></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<span style="font-size: small;"> What could be safer than a baby in a hammock over the back seat of your car? "For babies 1 day to 4 years" - eek!</span><br />
<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Spring-Summer 1962</span></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<span style="font-size: small;">So it's a giant paint-by-numbers kit for your entire wall. And some murals available in black light! My favourite part is the floating hep cat head with the beret and goatee :)</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">* So I've increased the amount of salt in my diet per my doctor's instructions. <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">I told him that before last week, my diet hadn't changed at

causing the dizziness and tiredness still, and he said it's too soon to tell
and to eat more salt. :P</span></span></div>

For one thing, you don't have to push the material through, the machine automatically pulls it and all you do is steer! I used the straight stitch and the zigazg, and made an adorable bunny-covered tote bag! I can't wait to make more stuff :)</span></span></span></div>

<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<span style="font-size: small;">"Everyone
has a pain thermometer that goes from zero to ten. No one will make a
change until they reach ten. Nine won't do it. At nine you are still
afraid. Only ten will move you, and when you're there, you'll know. No
one can make that decision for you."</span></blockquote>

Cause of low blood pressure is not enough sodium. Solution is to eat more salt.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">bleah. I don't usually put salt on foods, except popcorn and corn on the cob. Don't know how I'll stand the taste of more salt.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">Won't be at work tomorrow due to dizziness. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">* The sewing class is on! Picking out fabric tomorrow or Saturday.</span><br />

With new and exciting symptoms! Including sudden bursts of lightheadedness/dizziness, like I just got off Mission: Space (green, not orange), even when I'm sitting down! bleah, no fun. And also regular sore throat/gravely voice, not so much the sniffing yet. And I have to work tomorrow.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">* Yes indeedy, I finally got a job. I'm not gonna talk about it on here for several reasons - let's just say it's an office job and I'm very grateful to have it.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">* I'm planning my embroidery projects - some napkins with designs from <a href="http://www.amazon.ca/Transfer-Designs-Around-World-Feder/dp/0855328967">a book</a> my mil brought back from Hawaii, and maybe kitchen towels with a delightful <a href="http://www.etsy.com/listing/58767040/transfer-pattern-french-chef-vintage-hot">French chef</a>.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">The sewing class I was so excited about might not make :( because right now I'm the only one signed up. oh well, maybe next time.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">* Found some great memory/storage boxes on sale at Michael's, with an antique octopus on the front!</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">* We bought a new tv for Christmas - 42", which seemed insane. But everything is soooo pretty! Even old stuff like Perry Mason! Now we just have to get the proper cables to hook up the PS2 and the Wii.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">* Haven't baked anything yet this year, but I did make thumbprint cookies for NYE, so that's close. </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">* I wanna embroider some of these guys: </span><br />

Some of these may sound familiar.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">1.) Figure out how to get the text size back to normal on this blog. Way back when I monkeyed with the HTML, and now I don't remember enough to find the problem (I have to manually change every paragrap<span style="font-size: small;">h, boo)</span>.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">2.) Embroider<span style="font-size: small;"> more</span>. I have stacks of patterns, fabric, thread ... get to it! I will be taking a sewing workshop (yay!) this month, so I'm looking forward to making some simple items to stitch on.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">3.) Bake more. I received <a href="http://www.everyonecancook.com/books/everyone-can-cook-slow-cooker-meals">2</a> (new) <a href="http://www.amazon.ca/Complete-Canadian-Living-Baking-Book/dp/0980992427">cookbooks</a> in 2012, I need to put them to use. Not to mention all the vintage ones! </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">4.) Scan th<span style="font-size: small;">at</span> <span style="font-size: small;">big-ass stack of vintage home magazines! </span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">5.) Spend less time on Cityville. 'Nuff said. </span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">6.) The most important: <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">I<span style="font-size: small;"> c<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">annot change other people.<span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">I cannot "fix" other people's problems.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">I<span style="font-size: small;"> will not</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"> worry about <span style="font-size: small;">how other peo<span style="font-size: small;">ple are living their lives<span style="font-size: small;">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">I will<span style="font-size: small;"> NOT offer advice without being asked.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">No more bein' nosy! </span> </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br /><span style="font-size: small;"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span>
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;">aaand that's a happy, up way to <span style="font-size: small;">end this comeback post.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span> </span><span style="font-size: small;"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> </span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><i>*As my new dude Neil deGrasse Tyson says, "The problem, often not discovered until late in life, is that when you
look for things like love, meaning, motivation, it implies they are
sitting behind a tree or under a rock. The most successful people
recognize, that in life they create their own love, they manufacture
their own meaning, they generate their own motivation." I'm a huge believer in the power of the individual to make choices, and I think that many people don't realize how much power they really have. </i></span>K0damahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17059516677312793937noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1200721715994997992.post-32987227094090551492012-10-28T00:52:00.000-05:002012-10-28T00:53:06.829-05:00I'm still here.<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">We started with Wonder Woman season 2, so we skipped the WWII season. Funny how the second season began with storylines that involved military jeeps, installations and uniforms ;)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">We also noticed something else!</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">* Here's a couple of screencaps from <u>Episode 1: The Return of Wonder Woman</u></span><br />

<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Looks like they kept some of the wooden beams from Episode 12!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">This is one of the weirdest episodes, and that's saying alot. We've got Henry Gibson as a completely over-the-top madman, dressed all in sparkly purple clothes. His character is called Mariposa - which means "butterfly" in Spanish - not very scary, no? And he's kidnapping athletes so his pretend country, Mariposalia, can compete in the Olympic Games. yup.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">* and, in conclusion, <u>Episode 15: Diana's Disappearing Act</u></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">I got nothin'.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Sadly, sadly, we are 6 episodes into Season 3 and the solidly constructed cinderblock lair hasn't made an appearance.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;">Two days ago, we got <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0983193/">The Adventures of Tintin</a> from the library - meh. Something creepy about the way the bodies looked real but the heads were distorted :P</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">But on the DVD was a preview:</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;">He approves.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">And, for the April stitch-along, but not actually completed until ... May 22(!), I stitched up a kitten in a hammock for the theme "No Housework Day". </span><br />

<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">The plan is to make a pillow cover for the cushion on my hammock ;)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">For June, everyone is going to stitch up the same design - should be fun! </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;">* In other news, we have an <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop/SkookumIndustries?ref=si_shop">Etsy store</a>! Look over there, in the sidebar, I even made a widget! So some of the vintage goodies that I've written about and enjoyed are now being released into the world to entertain other folks.</span>K0damahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17059516677312793937noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1200721715994997992.post-55751161256435314872012-04-28T18:09:00.004-05:002012-04-28T18:11:42.371-05:00vintage embroidery pattern IDs - unknown!<span style="font-size: small;">* For my last trick, I'm posting scans of patterns that were either a) in an envelope with no identification; b) in the wrong envelope; or c) in a grab bag.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;">There's hardly any <a href="http://www.sewingpalette.com/transfers/reference.html#former">info</a> on Walker's Hot Iron Transfers, and it doesn't help that there's a moving company called Walker, and a machine embroidery shop in California with the name. Walker's also has different numbers on the outside of the envelope and the transfer sheet on the inside. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">I have four different envelopes but no dates, so I'm putting them in serial number order.</span><br />

They are out of business, but the copyright is owned by <a href="http://www.plaidonline.com/needlecrafting/dept/home.htm">Plaid Enterprises</a>. Sadly, Plaid does not nor do they have any plans to reissue the patterns, but they doggedly protect their copyright just the same. So, no public sharing of Vogart patterns unless you want to hear from a lawyer. I do believe sharing envelope images is okay, though. (and I'm assuming that sharing portions of designs for the purposes of identification is also okay - if not, Lawyers, please tell me and I'll remove them.)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Some patterns will have more than one number since designs were reprinted and rereleased under a different number. I have pattern sets with three different envelopes, but I'm not sure of the dates of any of them.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;">I have my suspicions that this last pattern sheet isn't the original one. </span><br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">the pattern lines are not solid solid, they are blurred and look as though some of the ink has flaked off. Common enough, but</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">there's no ink dust in the envelope as if the ink had flaked off.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">there's no accidental transfer of pattern ink where the sheet has been folded.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">the pattern number is handwritten, and not in the usual place (above Made in USA).</span></li>
</ul>
<span style="font-size: small;">However, the patterns are all on one large sheet, and it is folded in the usual manner, so it may be a case of Vogart changing the way they printed their patterns. I won't know for sure until I either see another version of this pattern, or another pattern from this era.</span><br />
